About

Many management reports are not a management tool, they are merely memorandums of information, taken home in the brief case and never read!

Management reports as a management tool help with the alignment of behaviour and encourage action to take place - on a timely basis and in the right direction.  In other words, you need to measure and report on those activities the board, management and staff need to focus on. David Parmenter will be delivering new insights on how people are reporting daily, weekly and monthly information that makes a difference.

This course will be useful for participants who want to restructure their reporting to the board and senior management.
