Options
Here is a note on each option to consider:
Platinum Conference Sponsorship
This
is our Premier option, designed to be exclusive for each event, and is
the highest quality package we are able to put together to profile a
company at an event. It has the opportunity to speak on the programme
with a client as a case study. The brand visibility and positioning
will be of the highest level, and a double-width booth will be provided
at the event. This level of partnership has the opportunity to brand
the actual conference theatre itself exclusively. There is an
opportunity to make a 2 minute address to the audience at a key point
during the event.
Gold Conference Sponsorship
The
Gold option is the next level of partnership, and is still designed to
be a high level of brand partnership and awareness at an event. The
Gold option also comes with the opportunity to present a paper, again
with a client as a case study based presentation. While not offering
exclusive presence in the actual conference room, it will still provide
a very strong presence at the event, and on the collateral.
Silver Conference Sponsorship
The
Silver option does not offer the opportunity to speak at the event, but
does come with the chance to have an exhibition booth, several guest
passes and branding rights on the web, collateral and on the day.
Bronze Conference Sponsorship
The
Bronze option offers a lower level partnership option, with space for
display in the catering areas, brand recognition and a guest pass to
the event.
Networking Drinks Sponsorship
The
opportunity to host the Networking Drinks function is a great way to
mix and mingle with the delegates in a social setting, and is a way of
associating with the hospitality aspect of the event. It also offers
branding and guest passes for the full event. Exclusive branding is
permitted by the Drinks Sponsor for this activity, and a welcome
address is possible.
Luncheon Sponsorship
This
option is another way to engage with our audiences, and is designed to
be focused around one of the lunches. With a hospitality flavour also,
a welcome address is permitted to be made to the lunch.
Exhibition Booth
This
is the trade display option, and offers the opportunity to showcase
your products and services directly at all breaks during the event with
a booth. It has associated branding benefits and guest passes.

This is designed to allow you to insert an item of corporate promotional collateral into each delegates kit
