The principals of Leading Safety, Dr Hillary Bennett and Dr Philip Voss, are psychologists and long-time colleagues. Both have extensive experience assisting organisations to develop safe workplaces through the use of applied psychology, safety behavioural, and human factor principles. In addition, Hillary and Philip are experienced trainers and facilitators.
