Conferenz and Bright*Star are NZ’s largest and most respected conference
and training company brands. We have been providing conferences and
training for NZ’s corporates and public sector for almost 30 years.
Owned by Steve Scott, Conferenz and Bright*Star are proudly NZ-owned
and operated. We are also proud to play a significant part in the NZ
community through our charitable, environmental and sustainable
initiatives.
Conferences Division -
Quite simply, our
vision is to provide relevant, topical and timely business information
and knowledge to specific target markets – quality information you need,
when you need it , from experts in the market. Each year we originate,
research and host 100 of NZ’s most well-regarded business conferences.
We
want to help you find your next great idea. We will help you find new
people and new ideas to do your business better. We want every
participant to return from our conferences with five great ideas and
five new key contacts. That’s how we contribute to the business
communities we serve.
Training Division -
Our goal is
to provide your staff with high level, skill based training to help NZ
organisations develop world class performance and best practice
methodologies in business.
How we do it -
Our
expertise as an organisation lies in identifying information and
training needs for your industry sector or job function. We then design
timely, customised conference or training programmes to address these
needs. Often mistaken for simply an event management company, our true
talent is researching business issues and information and skill needs.
Of course, excellence in conference/training delivery is a given with
us, as we deliver 100 conferences and over 400 training days each year.
As
part of our research each year, we closely monitor business and
government policy trends. Where significant policy, legislative or
business shifts are detected, we immediately act to arrange significant
business forums where these trends can be debated in a neutral arena.
